Text in Outlook forwards is very small

When I forward an e-mail in Outlook all the text is very small. I have checked the default settings and they are correct. This just started doing this yesterday. I have noticed the zoom is changing to from 100% down to 40%, but it will not stay at 100.

Deselect Word as your email editor or try the following:

1. Quit Outlook
2. Start Word.
3. On the File menu, click Open.
4. Change the Files Of Type to Document Templates (*.dot).
5. Find and select Normal.dot and click Open.
6. On the View menu, click Zoom.
7. Under Zoom To, click the percentage you want (100%), and click OK.
8. On the File menu, click Close.
9. On the File menu, click Exit. If prompted to save changes, click Yes
