Text formating question.

Hello.
I just did a website in Dreamweaver, and after posting it ran into a problem. If you change the text size setting in IE, the text within pages re-formats accordingly. Sometimes however this effects the layout. For example if text size gets bigger, images shift.

and enlarge the text setting on your browser to "largest".

I can't figure out how to keep text the same no matter what setting a browser is using. Pre-formatted in a way.
