I have a varchar field that is not big enough and ntext fields will not display on my web pages. Is there a medium?

Text Fields conflicts

max length of a Varchar is 8000, if that is not big enought text or ntext is porbably your only option. Although if you are just a bit over 8000, you could probably use 2 varchars (which would have to be in different tables) and concatinate to two fields on the client side.
