text entry interaction

Good day.
I am fairly experianced with AW but I've never had this problem before. I want to create a text entry interaction, but it seems that AW will only allow a max (about 30) characters to match (Pattern).
Is there a way to increase this? I need to check for a very specific line of text, about 40 characters long.

Hi,

Sorry to for the late reply.

I've just tried it in AW5.2 and had a succesful match on 46 characters with no problem.

abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz01234567899876543210

Which version are you using?

I suppose you could also allow any match at all and then use a calc icon with a comparison in some code.
