Text boxes together?

How can I get the bottom of one text box to stay aligned with the top of another when the top one changes in size (depending on the report's contents)? I want to have two continuous paragraphs but need two text boxes to make it happen. Right now the top box changes in size either overlapping the bottom box or coming up too short, depending on it's content. Any thoughts?

Interesting. Offhand I would say to put them in different detail sections (Detail A, Detail B, and so on) so that they will not overlap --

try it, Im not sure if it will work - my brains on vacation!
