TexasInstruments PCI 1250 Cardbus Controller - help!!

Hi,
I have a Thinkpad 600E which I reinstalled with Windows 95. Since I have reinstalled Windows doesnt recognise the cardbus controller and Windows of course does not have this particular driver in its driver library. IBM has a bit of software that is supposed to handle all this called Cardworks, but this will not start up giving me an error "SSPCCDRX.vxd not loaded" no matter what I try (reinstalled, edited config.sys)

Needless to say have no CD rom or any other pcmcia devices working on the machine and its driving me crazy. Any help would be great.

Have you upgraded your installation of W95 since you re-installed it?

I havent upgraded to Windows 98 yet, but as I am running out of time and patience it will be my next step. I did not really want to go this route but its my only other option.

Sorry, I meant have you upgraded with Win95 installation with the microsoft upgrades - Never mind.

I upgraded the laptop to Windows 98 and the problem is sorted, thanks anyway.
