Testing the server that is hosting your site

I need help trying to find out how to test a server that is hosting my site.<br><br>I've run the netmechanics check but are there any others.&nbsp;&nbsp;Is there a way to find out how many routers/gateways my visitors have to travel through before they reach my site.<br><br>Any ideas would be appreciated.

You can see all the hops from your own location by running a trace route. ISP's might have tools that can simulate a trace route from remote locations, I'm not sure. However none of that is effected by your sites host until it reaches the first hub in their geographical location.<br><br>Good luck<br>-pete<br>
