Testing Telsets

Is there a basic test we can do to prove a Call master V is working correctly?

I thought a status station xxxx would prove if the telset was working on the switch and also dialling the extension as well. Are there any other methods I could use?

Also is there a test we can do on the telset itsef?

You can use the "test sta xxxx" command but it will not tell you if you have buttons that do not function or stick, duel tones, bad cords for headset or handset those sort of things.
