Hi Guys,
I need to perform a relativly simple test, but don't know how to approach it. Our customers are having trouble accessing their PST files (located on the File server). I need to create an automated test that will repeatedly run say 500 times to test the connectivity of the pst file in outlook and output the results for each test. Thanks in advance.

I know this is not an answer to your question, but PST files on a file server will cause oyu much more trouble than it is worth. (in my experience)

Oh, I know, I am cleaning up someone else's mess.
Thanks,

As Jim metioned, it'll cause problems. And, it's not supported by Microsoft. You'd be better off moving them to the local drive, or, better yet, using Exchange.
