We currently have a NT4 Terminal Server in a NT4 domain

I'm not sure how WIN2k3 Terminal Services Work

but is it possible to add a win2k3 Terminal Server to a NT4 domain?

the reason i am asking is that i would leave our old server (Running Citrix and Published) Apps in tact just incase the new 2k3 server(again citrix will be installed) goes tits up.

I am planning on it a 2k3 domain, but i would rather get my citrix out of the way 1st.

Yes, you can have the win2k3 server in an NT domain. Just think of it as a beefed up version of XP. You can have an XP machine in a NT domain as well.

thanks for clarifying that up, i was having trouble finding information on this matter,

I did know that i could add a 2003 machine to a nt domain
but sources i read said that The 2003 Terminal Server required a 2003 domain.

Only if you plan on using active directory as your main source for user accounts.
