Terminal Services Security

Hi all

I need to grant some junior admins permission to reset terminal services connections without giving them full admin rights. I want to lock this down as much as possible by only assigning the reset permission. I can do this on a per server basis but have around 150 Windows servers. Is there any way to set access and be this granular through group policy?
