All:

I am using terminal services to manage my server and all works fine.

Can I set up terminal services to manage all the computers on my network similar to how PC Anywhere or Timbuktu can work? I am trying to save money since I only manage 50 pcs on this network.

Thanks for the assist. Screach.....the sound of your world coming to an end at the sight of the dreaded BSOD!

Nope. You can only mangage a server with terminal service. XP Pro has a built in remote desktop feature you can use. But win 2k does not. On my network I use VNC since its free and all. I have another add on for it that will find and list all my VNC client computers on the network so I can just switch between them. Since I am running AD I also can leave the VNC client turned off on the work stations but if I need to start it I will goto a domain controler search the services on the work startion for vnc and start it and poof vnc is up and I can then log on.

Hope this helps

Tight vnc is also a good one. It allows multiple people to be logged into the same pc and see what your doing. Glen A. Johnson
