Terminal Services question

Help?
Due to NT 4.0 legacy PC's accessing a published application on a W2K server I purchased 5 client TS licenses. All 5 licenses have been "assigned" to various networked PC's. One of the licenses is tied up on a PC that is no longer on the network. Any ideas on how I can remove that particular PC from tying up the license?
