terminal services logon as non admin user issue

you dont have access to logon to this Session"

i get this message when trying to log onto my win2003 terminal server as a normal user and yes i have 5 cals already installed and the lic server is active and running

plus ive added the user to "allow log on thought terminal services" in local security settings

please help im getting confused and lost

no need to touch these permissions as the group "remote desktop users" is already in there with the correct level of permissions, sorry forgot to mention that ive added my users to the local group "remote desktop users
 
Try setting the option in the security settings to allow users to logon locally.
 
There is a locl setting too I think that is what joepc is saying. Local security settings.
