Terminal Services License Server

My site runs Terminal Server. This is a manufacturing line which originally was made a part of a corporate Domain Structure. We are moving our entire network from this current domain to a new one.

I am going to be demoting my current Domain Controller to a member server and re-adding my terminal server computer to the new domain. I have heard mention that I will have to move my Terminal Services License Server to the new Domain Controller. Does anybody know how to do this?
