Terminal Services - How to reassign licenses?

Hello,

We have a 2003 TS server that originally was setup with a 10-pack CAL. Whoever setup the server configured it as "per-device" (all 10 are used) and now we would like to change this to "per-user." Here's exactly what I'm trying to do:

1. Release current licenses
2. Change the mode to "per-user"
3. Assign the licenses to the appropriate users
4. Not make a mess of it =)

Any advice you can give would be much appreciated!

You probably have 10 per device licenses...you have to buy per user licenses if you change the mode.
