I'm having trouble with a Terminal Services on Windows 2003 server.
There are about 25 users logged into this server at all times during business hours. A problem which I've googled for but have not been able to find a resolution to is with the printer. It changes the default printer for some users (not all) to a random printer each time they log in.
There are no specifics that I can think of with these users that would cause something like this.
The print spooler service does crash every once in a while (about 3 times a week) and I have to go in to restart it. This could be factor but I'm not sure how.
Thanks for any suggestions..
Fernando
