Terminal Services Client Error

Hi all,
I am having a problem with one of our clients. They are running our software on site no problem. They have another part of their company running our software through terminal services. When they go to run the software they get the error
" not a valid win32 application "
Now I know it's not a problem with the software ( as we have this situation we other clients and it runs fine )
I was just wondering has anyone come accross this problem before

Aiden,
Was the sofware installed with a real Windows Installer? Was it done under (at least) a local Administrator security level? Do all users have the necessary access to all the code, data, temporary and system directories?

Rick,
The software was installed as above on the site. It is the clients sister site with when connecting over terminal services is getting the issue. It's not a problem I have to solve as it relates to their IT department, I was just curious as to whether someone had come accross this issue before
