Terminal Services and Office XP

Everytime I have Terminal Services open and Outlook (XP version) my computer hangs and I have to end task on all the windows. As soon as I kill either terminal services or outlook after a minute the computer is ok again.

Has anyone else experienced any incompatibility with these two applications?
