Terminal Server/Windows 2003

Dear Forum Boarders:

We are running WIndows Server 2003 and Terminal Services. The problem I am having is that every time someone logs in Windows Magnifier pops up after LOG IN. Ive tried reading around, and all I can see is that go into task manager and close the application that way otherwise it will continue to load magnifier after login. is there a registry edit to disable the Magnifier or a file to delete?

You've made sure that it's not in the StartUp folder or in the Run key of the registry? Have you tried going into the Accessibility options and turning it off?
