This thread ( reminded me of an issue that I'd given up on a while back. Maybe someone has an answer for this now.
We have a 2003 Enterprise Edition server running Terminal Services. Everyone logs on to the server via Remote Desktop in order to access our accounting software. Every now and then, a user needs to show me a problem they're experiencing. Since I'm already logged in, I usually just fire up TSAdmin and remote control their session. This is fine for the most part, but I can't see their mouse pointer as they go through the motions of clicking on various parts of the screen. I have to rely on them to tell me what they're clicking on or pointing at.
Is there any way to make their mouse movements show up in my session when I'm using remote control on theirs?
