Terminal Server Profiles

Hi All,

When our users logon to our server, all of a sudden they do not have access to the printers in start menu, or control panel etc.

There are no policies or mandatory profiles in place.
When the user logs off, there newly created profile is copied from WTSRV\Profiles to a share I have set up. If i copy the contents of default user in WTSRV\profiles to there profile stored on the share, they then have access to start printers, control panel etc.

I take it it is not creating the profile from the default user, but I donot know how to rectify this problem with current users without trashing their profiles.
