Terminal Server Profile path via GPO

I have a manadatory TS profile I want to add to a large list of users when they log into a TS.
This all works well manually but adding the path to each user object is a pain especially as this list of users keeps increasing.

Is there a way this can be done through an OU and a GPO.

We have a single domain so it's a nice and simple structure.

Hi,

I never try GPO but you can try folder rediction (don't put anything on TS profile).
I'm using kixtart login script, it does the samething, when client login locally they have most of company printers, and all drive mapping. When they login to Citrix (also we have some thin clients) they have different profile, one printer, limited drive mapping depends on their group membership.
