terminal server printer question

Hi, I am researching a problem we have: Sometimes when users log into our TS machine, the default printer can change. This means that instead of the user's local printer being default, it can default to other printers inside our office. Any ideas why TS would change printer defaults even after the user has already set the local printer to be the default?
