Terminal Server Printer Icon (Registry Hack)

An engineer that used to work for me carried out a registry hack on our Terminal Servers to force the display of the 'printers' icon. He has now left, and as we are in the process of implementing a 2000 active directory infrastructure, need to remove this icon so as we can web publishprinters instead.
Does anybody have any ideas how to do this or where to start looking ?
