Connect to terminal server using remote desktop connection (have tried with all display options). When click on .ppt file, the presentation comes up with really bad colour and presentation looks poor - colour can only be set to 256 which it is.
However if i open up powerpoint and open the file from within the application, the colour is fine and presentation looks good - this is a workaround but not a solution - could anyone please help me with this problem.
The problem has only existed since moving to new server (different hardware (this machine is IBM but same op system,w2k, and all service packs are installed as before).
