Hi guys, can anyone please tell me how I can find out in which mode our Windows 2003-terminalserver is running ? I am not sure wether its running in the admin-mode or the application-server-mode.
Please help. Thanks.

Easy. If you installed Terminal Services then it's in Application Mode. Remote admin mode is installed by default and cannot be uninstalled, only disabled.

Try adding/removing windows components. If TS is already selected than it's in app mode. Adding it will make the server an application server for TS.

Does anyone know if change user [/execute, /install, or /query] works the same with 2003?

change user seems to work just the same. If you type it in at the command prompt it responds to the command so I'm assuming it works the same as it always has.
