Hello all-

I accidentally deleted my terminal server manager option from my Windows 2003 server.. I went to Start/ then there is a pop up menu with things like Term server manager and term server licensing and I accidentally deleted the manager by right clicking and hitting delete.. Yes I know, ridiculous thing to do..

Anyway, I try to remove and reinstall it in Add/remove Windows components and then bounce the server but it only brings me the term server licensing option.. not the manager.. I even tried reinstalling from a windows 2003 server boot disk while in Windows.. a menu allows for different installation options including installing Windows Terminal server .. but again upon the reboot it comes back with just licensing option. I was about 100 days into my 120 evaluation mode when I did this.. Is there a way to get it back without having to reinstall Windows 2003 server from the beginning, this is a production server and would really stink big time if I had to do this.. any options from the wiser??

thanks to all!

here the link to the program:-

%SystemRoot%\system32\tsadmin.exe

-------------------------------

If it doesn't leak oil it must be empty!!

Thanks Norton!

That did the trick.. Is there anyway I can legally get this server to a point where I could gain another 120 days using the evaluation licenses.. It has obviously past it's timeframe and my company is in the process of acquiring proper licenses but the paper trail will delay it by a few weeks and there are programmers that really need to remote to this particular server.. is there a work around even for just a few more weeks to this issue? if not, then I'll just have to wait.

thx
