terminal server licensing

In the licensing manager it shows that the "Terminal Service CAL token(device)" has expired on one of my workstations and now it wont let me connect. I also have others that are going to expire soon as well. How do I give them a permanent license?

The problem is is that I have installed 20 licenses over a year ago and this has been happening for sometime. If I advance the date ahead it resets the expired account and I can login again but it will expire again in a few months. It never gives out the permanent license.
