Environment; Windows 2003 Terminal Server

Have four entries in the licensing window.
One "Built-In" with Unlimited availability.?? Not sure what that means.
One entry is titled "Temporary" with 0 total & available, but 1 Issued.
the last 2 are "Open" and "by device".
One entry is for 10 clients and second is for 5 cleints.

The 10 client entry shows 10 total, 3 available, and 7 used
The 5 client entry shows 5 total, 0 available, and 5 ussed.

There should be 3 available client licenses, however, no
one else can connect remotely to this terminal server.

Any ideas or suggestions on why we're experiencing a connection issue when it appears there are still3 available licenses?

Appreciate any thoughts.

Thanks,

zaw

First you should have posted this in the W2k3 section not 2000. Now check to see if you are running in admin mode, also 2003 server you will need to buy licences for your clients.
