Terminal Server Licensing accross trusted Domain

I have a 2 way transative trust between my domain (Domain A) and another companies domain (Domain B)

Domain B has a TSLS Domain A does not

The intention is to have a TS Server in Domain A.

My question is can Domain A use Domain B's license server accross the trust. If so how.
