Terminal server cannot issue a client license

Window 2000 Advanced Server with Citrix XPe ontop, license service is running okay, available licenses are sufficient. The client is a wid terminal with published application,(terminal end client CPQ t20) when doubling clicking connection error message generated "citrix server not available, please try later".

......Any help would be appreciated !!

What entries do you get in the event viewer on the server, when this client tries to connect?

Hi,

This is usually because the client can't write the TS License to the registry so give this error. Or that is what I believe that it is.

I ignore these messages!
