I have a problem with Citrix XP. I have a site with 25 user license I have checked that there are only 11 connected to the terminal server some users try to login on Citrix and nothing comes up. I look in the event log and see this error message in the application event. Terminal server cannot issue a client license. These are Mac users

What service pack are your servers at?...It was SP3 that started recovering expired licenses, right?

Yes I do have terminal up and running because I have other macs running at this site. One thing I think that they may have added some printer drivers but I'm not sure and would'nt that cause all users not able run citrix, Also the macs that don't work worked at one time.

The printingsupport is my signature. Nothing to do with your problem.

I think your macs were getting temporary TS cals. These work for 90 days. After that, they need to be replaced with permanent TS cals. These should come from your TS license service.

Do you have a TS LICENSE service setup, activated, and added ts license cals to it?
