Terminal Server and Office 2003 install profile

I am running 8 windows 2000 advanced terminal servers. I installed office 2003 from a CD and mst file on each of the servers. The install went fine, but when my users access the applications even after they login to the servers (published via citrix) it is using the accounts name that i was logged onto the machine as in the security profiles settings. I have gone in and put a check to clear all security information stored upon closing the application but it doesn't seem to work. How can I fix my terminal servers?
