Hi guys

We have an accounts package on a "server" (actually a user PC in accounts dept) runing nt4 terminal server, and we wish to provide remote (ie. via internet) access to it. Our setup is:

Win 2000 server running Proxy 2.0
(This server runs broadband connection)
Terminal server on local network (ip 192.168.1.70)

I have looked everywhere for info on doing this... I have come up with this solution(?):
Open port 3389 on proxy
Set up RRAS for address forwarding for port 3389 to 192.168.1.70

And id doesn't seem to work. Anyone got a better idea?

We have alreayd tried a VPN, and the VPN runs fine - terminal connection drops out!! So VPN is out.
I have been told that the built in connection with terminal server is better.

Cheers,
Brett
