Having trouble installing Office 2000 SB on a Win2k SP4 Term Server. When I put the server in install mode, it tells me that some features in Word 9.0 are unsupported in Term Services, and that I should consult the Office 2k Res Kit. Upon doing so, I find nothing in the "Term Services Tools" piece of the res kit. Is there something I'm missing here? I cannot get Word to function properly in Term Services.

You will need the resource kit from Microsoft. The kit is on the website and you will need to download it from there. Or have you already tried that?

Yes, I've tried the kit. The only thing I found under term services tool is an Excel sheet detailing some of the hidden features that get installed, and a file called TermServer.mst, which I have no idea about, or how to execute it.
