Where in particular would I have to look to see specififc routing from a differnt tenenat?

I have a fiber remote building that uses tenant service to access a paging system.
There is a seperate trunk setup for 911 and paging.

This all goes back to my LD PRI install.

Everything came up fine (DCH,T1) but I was unable to make a call out on the new PRI. I then rememberes that my phone were I was doing the testing from is set as tenenat 2.
If everything was correct and calls could go out on the new PRI, why would it not from a tenant 2 phone?

Thanks!

so now i know why my call would not go out over route 25 from tenant 2. which prompt in LD 93 do I use to add route 25? I tried RACC but I got schultzed(sch error code)?

Try to PRT the RACC first so you can see what has been defined. RACC is the correct response though. Did you try "CHG" command?

I like that word "schultzed"...everyone has their own way of pronouncing the SCH eror codes.

My new route is 25 and when I printed the RACC it goes from 11 to 30. That is how I figured I did not have a definition for route 25.

Now I get it! NEW would only be if there were no definitions. I want CHG because I am changing the exicting info. Threw me off for a second because this is what I was getting:
