temporary username & password

I have a PDF file that I'd like to protect.

What I want to do, is have people pay money, and then they get sent an e-mail with a temporary username and password at which they can view/download the file.

I want to have that login expire, so that they cannot then forward the URL to a friend and they get the same information.

How do I go about creating this?

Any help would be appreciated

if date between datestamp and expiry then show the file
else
don't show the file Bastien
