templete help page maker 6.5

I cannot see the templete plug in at window\plugins. I only see scripts, and library.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled numberous times. What am I doing wrong. I would love to use templetes with a preview. Running templete scripts work, but if I do not like the one I choose, it takes a while to use another.
Help Please
