Templates in Word

I have created a template in Word e.g

[name]
[address]

[date]

Dear [name]

etc etc

I want to be able to set Word to Tab to each section that needs information submitted. At work this has been done using the f11 key - but nobody knows who set them up ???

Can anybody help ?

Hi,

Use FORM fields. Activate the Forms toolbar.

Add the Fields you want to be able to tab to.

Set the PROTECT lock, and tab away. Nothing but the FORM Fields can be changed.
