Template variables

Is there a way to save my all template variables in order for me to use the unused variables to other reports?
Here's my problem :
My company have 5 disclaimers and that varies from one department to another. I was able to create a document, with 5 disclaimers variables (Disclaimer A, Disclaimer B and so on.) I put the Disclaimer B in the footer of my report and save it as a template.
The problem is when I apply this template to another report, I do not have the other disclaimer variables except for Disclaimer B. I do not want the user typing the disclaimers (they are long) and would like to have some kind of an option for them to change it easily. Can this be done in BO? I am using BO 6.1.3.

Not much you can do. The best thing to do is to create 5 templates and have them apply the right one with the right disclaimer.
