template for programming

Hello, I am looking for the template for my phone, Avaya partner phone, 6 rows, 6 buttons in a row, 2 at the bottom, message lite on the right, so that I may use the features. We were never given the Administration big book 5 years ago when the system was installed. I have been using the small quick guide book. Can someone send me the big book in PDF form or the template so that I may print it and update our phones as needed?
