TEMPDFRG.EDB DELETE OR NOT????

Its temp, looks like you ran the defrag from that dir and didn't specify a location for the temp file.
You can delete it but whenever I am not sure with exchange files I move them. If it crashes on next re-start you can put them back.
Might be too big though.
