temp files on windows server

We have recently upgraded all OS to X.3.9 onto a Windows Exchange 2003 server running QXP6.5

We are currently having problems with temp QXP-01268623647.qxp type files appearing on the server.

This seems to happen when we try to save the opened file and get a '-43 file is open' error. If we do not save the file the QXP-01268623647.qxp remains as the file name. The only way to save the file and retain the file name is to carry out a file/save as.

Our IT department are at present worse than useless....Help please...this is driving us mad!

I would submit a request to Quark's free tech support:
1) to resolve your issue with their suggestions
2) to let them know they have a problem to fix with their next release.
