Temp files being created in WINNT folder

hello,
Yesterday I was getting unspecified errors when trying to access some asp pages which connect to an MS Access database.
worked out why I was getting an unspecified error, because temp files are being written to my WINNT directory even though in my Environment Variables it points to C:\TEMP.

is there anywhere else I need to change where the temp files are writtren to ?
