TEMP FILE, HELP PLEASE!!

now isn't that funny.... 
now seryously.. if i could i would .. but it wont let me unless i reboot the computer.. but that is not the problem, the problem is why is that file there and what is generating it.. the only thing that i have running on that server is Exchange 5.5

Check the task manager and see if there are any applications running, if there isn't check the processes to see if anything is generating high CPU.
If still no luck, start stopping services until you stop the file increasing.
Not much help, but at least its a start to finding exactly what is causing the file to increase.
