The only difference is they are using HP COTS sig servers. The customer is running a HA CS1000E R5 with HPDL320G4 Sig servers. Any help?

If you can not telnet, can you ping? It is possible the customer's network is preventing you from using Telnet. Upvote 0 Downvote
