telnet problem from windows M/C

I am having suncluster with 2 E450 nodes. I am not able to telnet both the nodes for some times from windows M/C But from sun m/c i am able to telnet & rlogin at the same time. after 1 or 2 hours telnet is ok from windows M/C's.what can be the problem. how can i identify the prob.

Are you connecting to a floating cluster IP address? Does this only happen just after that address has failed over?
