TELNET OR REMOTE ADMIN TO LDK 20

Hello

We can connect fine using PC Admin to our system

however when we try to telnet or remote admin with the same system our password is not accepted

It is the right one as we can log in ok, we have tried to changing it too

Why does the system say cancelled when we try to log in ?

we are trying to log in to add a licence

If you start the LDK admin program the userID and password is Default ID : administrator , Password : 0000.

The password for the ipLDK-20 is in PGM162.

If you telnet into an ipLDK-20 system use the Remote diagnostic software of the ipLDK admin program to log-in.

We tried this, we set the password to 0000 in PGM 162 and it says 'Access cancelled' we we try to log in via telnet or remote

We can log in fine to PC Admin and Database upload and download.

OK, you need to use the password "brandy" or "jannie" to access the telnet part. This is also written in the "licensing document".

What do we type in to start demo mode for the PC Attendant or EZ Phone ?
