telnet login herald

I've set-up a herald in /etc/security/login.cfg which works fine. But still shows the hostname above the herald (Which I don't want).

telnet (hostname)

It is a criminal offence, liable to prosecution under the Computer Misuse Act, to access, use or copy any programs or data on this system without authorisation.

Passing this point will imply that you have read and understood this notice and are an authorised user.
Unauthorised users should disconnect immediately.

I'm sure I found a solution to this problem before but for the life of me I can't remember what I did. Any ideas?
